 Learn to Skate Program

Invest in Your Children’s Future with our Learn to Skate program! The Learn To Skate program is a beginner Ice Skating program. The lessons include 30 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes of free skate.

Flyers Skate Zone beginner programs build character in addition to teaching fundamentals of Ice Skating and Ice Hockey to your child.
Your child will learn from experienced certified instructors and coaches while also making new friends.
Each program comes with a Basic Skills record book, United States Figure Skating (USFS) registration, free skate rental, and a Certificate of Achievement upon completion.

Figure Skating Photos

SOCHI 2014 Winter Olympics
The Colonial Skating Club of Pennsylvania was honored to be part of the 100 Days to Sochi event Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in Times Square New York.  A 30 by 60 foot synthetic ice rink was set up at 47th street and Broadway for Figure Skating, Speed Skating and Hockey demos.

The United States Figure Skating (USFS) Basic Skills Program has been developed as a beginning ice skating program that is challenging and rewarding. Participation in the program will enable skaters of all ages and abilities to learn the fundamentals of ice skating while teaching them skills necessary to advance in a competitive or recreational figure skating or hockey program.
