Maximum Edge and its members offer their customers a superior standard in skate blade maintenance. Reasons why your skates need to be MAXIMUM EDGE profiled:

Skate blades delivered from the factory are not precision profiled

Left and right blades usually differ in contact surface, balance point and height

Repeated cross-grinding of skates before sharpening will alter your profile

Even skate sharpening alone can change your profile over time

It is recommended that you get your skates profiled once a year.
