Flyers Skate Zone at Atlantic City

Jared’s hockey career began at six years old, and it wasn’t long before Jared’s towering presence was noticed on the ice. Jared’s amateur hockey career included championships with the Valley Forge Minutemen (2003) and the Philadelphia Junior Flyers (2004), where his team was a U16 AAA National Finalist. Jared also made USA Hockey’s Atlantic District Team in 2004.

Jared’s Junior Hockey career included stops with the Toledo Cherokee (CSHL), Wellington Dukes (OPJHL), Blind River Beavers (NOJHL), and Hawkesbury Hawks (CJHL).  His professional hockey career included stints with the Knoxville Ice Bears and the Twin City Cyclones of the Southern Professional Hockey League.

Jared began his career with Skate Zone in August 2009, and currently is the coach of the U16 A Atlantic City Sharks. Besides his coaching duties, Jared is also a lead instructor in our Learn to Play Hockey program. Jared holds an Advanced Level 4 USA Hockey Coach Certification.

The fast-paced, tough, and competitive nature of hockey is Jared’s passion when he gives outstanding hockey instruction.
